  • 1. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do! We use express services (usually UPS or FedEx) and deliver straight to your door, no matter what continent you’re on. Tracking number provided. 🌍

  • 2. How long does it take to get my order?

    • In-stock items → packed within 1-2 business days, tracking e-mail goes out the moment the courier grabs the box.
    • Back-orders / fresh production runs → parts sometimes sell out faster than we can mold them. Our restock cycle is ~30-70 days, so lead-time can stretch up to 10–12 weeks. We’ll keep you posted and you’ll get the kit shipped “fresh & warm” the second it’s done.
  • 3. What about customs fees?

We pre-pay shipping, but import duties/VAT are set by your local customs office—those are on you if they apply. (Tip: most customers clear goods as “plastic auto parts”; check your country’s threshold.)

  • 4. Which payment methods do you accept? Is it safe?

We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal. All transactions run through Shop Pay / bank APIs — we never see or store your card data. If you choose ACH/WIRE we don't receive any of your bank details either; we just receive the transfer into our account.

  • 5. What materials do you use? Will the kit actually fit?

Every SHIROKAI part is CNC-cut automotive-grade ABS plastic — easier to prep than fiberglass and much more durable. Kits are engineered around OEM CAD (based on actual real-life models), so fitment is on point. Minor sanding/primer is still recommended before paint or wrap.

  • 6. Do I need a body shop, or can I DIY?

Many customers install at home with basic tools — drill, riv-nuts, angle grinder / blade saw. If you want flawless gaps and paint-matched panels, a pro body shop is the fastest route. We include a PDF guide and answer install DMs 24/7.

  • 7. Returns & exchanges—what’s the policy?

Return window: 14 days after you receive the parts for full kits, and 7 days for individual parts like spoilers.

Condition: parts must be brand-new, unpainted, no install marks, in original packaging.

Cost: buyer covers both-way shipping. Once we inspect and approve, we refund to your original payment method.

For production defects: we send replacement parts at no extra cost.

  • 8. Warranty & support

Lifetime tech support—DM, e-mail, or call us any time. If a manufacturing defect pops up, we’ll either replace the panel or send a fix kit; just send photos and the order number.

  • 9. Can I get a sponsorship / discount?

Short answer: no freebie hand-outs. We only do collabs by personal invitation or during public sale days.

  • 10. I don’t see my car—can you make a kit?

Drop us a request via the contact form. We’re continually adding chassis; if enough owners rally behind a model, it moves up the R&D queue.

  • 11. Gift cards—do you sell them?

Yes - digital SHIROKAI Gift Cards ship instantly to your inbox; perfect when you want to let the owner pick the flares. They never expire.

  • 12. How do I get featured on your socials?

Post your build progress, tag @shirokai.com_, and use #shirokai. If the photos slap—we’ll repost or slide into your DMs for a full feature.

  • 13. What car models do you make widebody kits for?

Our current widebody kit lineup covers BMW M4 F82 (2014-2020), BMW M2 F87 (2015-2018), Ford Mustang S550 (2015-2023), Ford Mustang S197 (2005-2014), Dodge Challenger SRT, Dodge Charger SRT (2011-2014 and 2015+), and Chevrolet Camaro. We also offer ducktail spoilers for most of these models, plus universal accessories like the Vertex Roof Fin. Check the full catalog for the latest releases.

  • 14. How long does it take to install a full widebody kit?

Installation time depends on skill level and method. A professional body shop usually completes a full kit install in 2-4 days, including test-fit, alignment, prep, and primer. DIY builds at home typically take 1-2 weekends for fitment, longer if you're also handling paint or wrap yourself. Ducktail spoilers install in 1-2 hours.

  • 15. Are SHIROKAI kits paintable? Can I wrap them?

Yes to both. Every SHIROKAI part is made from automotive-grade ABS plastic that accepts standard automotive paint, primer, and wrap film — same prep as any OEM bumper. We recommend light sanding with 400-grit, plastic primer, then base/clear coat. For wrap, the smooth ABS surface is actually easier to work with than fiberglass.

  • 16. Where do you ship from?

SHIROKAI is operated by AUTOCRAFT SUPPLY LLC, based in Los Angeles, California. Production and global logistics are handled through our manufacturing partners network. US orders ship DDP (duties paid by us through our UPS account). International orders ship via express courier; duties and VAT are paid by the recipient based on local regulations.

  • 17. Do you offer dealer or wholesale pricing?

Yes, SHIROKAI has a structured dealer program with three tiers — Scout (commission-based affiliate), Dealer (discount with droppshpping, 10+ kits/month), and Master (with local inventory , territorial exclusivity). Each tier has performance bonuses, retention rewards, and access to our dealer portal with CRM, marketing assets, and fitment tools. Reach out through the apply form with your shop info to start the conversation.
