1. Order Processing & Shipping Origin
While our main company is registered in the USA, all products are shipped directly from our dedicated warehouse in Turkey. This arrangement is part of our integrated operational structure, where all aspects of your order, from manufacturing to dispatch, are handled internally within our group of companies, ensuring consistent quality and control.
- In-Stock Items: If your item is in stock, orders are typically processed and dispatched within 48 business hours (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays in Turkey.
- Backorder/Pre-order Items: For products marked as "Backorder" or "Pre-order," production time for necessary parts can range from 10 to 60 days. We will notify you once your order is ready for shipment.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping cost calculated at checkout according your address of delivery, ordered items its weight and size of the packaging. Additionally you can include shipping insurance at your cart.
3. Estimated Delivery Times (via UPS)
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- USA: 3-6 business days
- Europe: 2-4 business days
- Rest of the World: 4-10 business days
Please note that these are estimated times and actual delivery may vary due to customs clearance, local postal services, or unforeseen delays.
4. International Shipping & Customs Duties
For all international orders, while we cover the transportation costs for delivery, the customer is responsible for any applicable import duties, customs taxes, or other local fees that may be levied by their country's customs authorities. These charges are outside of our control and are not included in your purchase price. We recommend checking with your local customs office for potential charges before placing an order.
Upon customer request, we may be able to include these fees in the order cost by increasing the order amount accordingly.
US customers will have impoert fees added on checkout, but can be opt-out if duties payment preferred on delivery with accordance option in online shopping cart.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You1 can use this number to track the status of your delivery directly on the UPS website or through our designated tracking portal.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments & Claims
We take great care in packaging your order, but occasionally, issues can arise during transit. To protect both parties from potential fraud and ensure a smooth resolution process, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Inspection Upon Delivery: We strongly advise you to inspect your package immediately upon arrival for any signs of damage before accepting it from the courier. If possible, do so in the courier's presence.
- Refusal of Damaged Packages: If the package appears significantly damaged, we recommend refusing the delivery and noting the damage with the courier.
- Photo/Video Evidence: For any claims of damaged items or incomplete orders, you must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the packaging (inside and out) and the damaged product(s). We recommend taking photos or video during the unboxing process, especially if the outer packaging shows signs of distress.

- Investigation Process: All claims for lost or damaged items will undergo a thorough investigation with UPS. This process can take several weeks. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in providing any requested documentation.
- Resolution: Upon completion of the investigation and confirmation of loss or damage, we will offer a resolution, which may include a replacement shipment or a refund, at our discretion.
- SHIPMENTS with insurance option: When applied, we guarantee to replace any damaged through delivery part with no extra fees or payments.
- Incorrect Address Provided by Customer: If a package is undeliverable or returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible2 for any additional shipping costs incurred for re-delivery.3
